What we're looking for

Area A – Lightframes (2D art)

We will exhibit 100 backlit picture frames in a 60 × 84 cm format. We are looking for works from the following fields:

  • Photography
  • Digital art
  • Illustration
  • Oil painting
  • Acrylic & watercolour
  • Mixed media (digitised)

Each work is staged beyond the picture frame:

Carefully placed lighting and matching music create an immersive experience. The artistic ideas of the participants are incorporated into the design of this staging.

The presentation is exclusively in the form of high-quality prints for the backlit frames, not as original works.

IMPORTANT: The works are illuminated from behind, so they should be suitable for light (contrast, transparency, no overly dark areas).

Area B – Graffiti & urban art (3D objects)

In addition, we are looking for graffiti and urban artists who want to creatively design existing 3D objects. Materials/objects will be provided.

  • Style: graffiti, street art, urban contemporary
  • Technique: spray, marker, mixed media
