At the Ehrenberg Castle ruins, LUMAGICA shines in a completely new light this winter. Following extensive construction work involving around 400 tonnes of moved rock and more than 5,000 working hours, visitors can look forward to a lovingly restaged light park.
A new lighting concept, a redesigned route and, for the first time, several covered levels create an even more atmospheric experience. Anyone who knows the castle ruins will discover them with completely new eyes.
Under the motto “Knight Rüdiger’s Journey Around the World”, the whole family accompanies the brave knight on a glowing journey of discovery around the globe. Magical light installations and interactive elements transform LUMAGICA Ehrenberg into an unforgettable winter experience for young and old, from November to February.

- Sturdy footwear, sure-footedness and a head for heights are required. The light park is not barrier-free.
- The walk to the location takes about 15 minutes. Parents are liable for their children.

Plenty of parking is available directly at the Ehrenberg castle world (P1, P2 and P3). Parking fee: €5.00 per car. From the car park it is about a 15-minute walk to the location.

For an extra charge, the Ehrenberg Liner inclined lift takes you comfortably up to LUMAGICA, covering 110 m of altitude in just 2.5 minutes.
