The light show in the gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle has ended its season and will not reopen until next winter.
LUMAGICA transformed the gardens into a magical world of light. Under the motto “Sissi’s Journey Around the World,” visitors were able to discover artistic light installations, interactive elements, and atmospheric scenes inspired by the Austrian Empress Elisabeth’s zest for life and places of longing.
An atmospheric tour unfolded into a fascinating journey through cultures and landscapes: from fairytale light figures and poetic projections to places full of glamour and romance. History, nature and fantasy merged into an experience that touched all the senses.
From November 20, 2025, to January 6, 2026, LUMAGICA Merano invited visitors on an unforgettable light walk—a journey of light that brought Sisi’s world to life and let the magic of Merano shine in new splendor.
